Kualifikasi :

STAF CAFE / WAITRESS

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Menjalankan kegiatan operasional cafe.
  • Melakukan pelayanan pada konsumen dengan optimal.

Kualifikasi:

  • Wanita, berpenampilan menarik.
  • Max. 30 tahun, pendidikan formal min. SLTA / sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman min. 1 tahun, fresh graduate silahkan melamar (diutamakan jurusan pariwisata dan memiliki kemampuan berbahaga inggris standar).
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik.

Penempatan :

  • Bangunjiwo, Yogyakarta.

STAF PRODUKSI / OPERATOR PRODUKSI 


Tanggung Jawab :

  • Melakukan proses produksi pengolahan makanan.
  • Tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan, sesuai peranannya sebagai operator produksi.

Kualifikasi :

  • Wanita, max. 27 th. SMK Tata Boga lebih diutamakan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun dibidang yang sama.
  • Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim dan menjaga kebersihan diri serta lingkungan.

SPG REGULER

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Menjalankan aktivitas pemasaran dan penjualan produk di lokasi penjualan retail perusahaan.
  • Melakukan cek stok dan administrasi pelaporan.
  • Melakukan pelayanan pada konsumen dengan optimal.

Kualifikasi:

  • Wanita, berpenampilan menarik.
  • Max. 28 th. Minimal SLTA sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun dibidang yang sama.
  • Berorientasi pada target penjualan dan kerapihan outlet.
  • Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal, komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.

Penempatan:

  • Yogyakarta (1 orang), Solo (1 orang), Semarang (1 orang), Bali (1 orang), mohon tuliskan kota yang dituju. Proses rekrutmen sesuai kota yang dituju.

STAF DISTRIBUSI

Tanggung Jawab :

  • Bertanggung jawab dalam mengatur proses pengiriman barang perusahaan agar terkirim sesuai jadwal, dengan jumlah/jenis barang yang tepat dan diterima oleh penerima yang sesuai.
  • Merencanakan dan mengatur alur arah perjalanan agar efektif dan efisien.
  • Memastikan ketersediaan dan kelayakkan pakai kendaraan.
  • Mampu memprioritaskan barang yang harus dikirimkan terlebih dahulu apabila kuantitas melebihi kapasitas kendaraan.
  • Memastikan dokumen serta kegiatan administrasi lainnya dilengkapi dan dilaporkan.

Kualifikasi :

  • Pria. Maksimal usia 35 tahun. Pendidikan formal min. SMA atau sederajat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang yang sama min. 3 tahun.
  • Mampu mengendarai kendaraan bermotor roda 2, 4 dan 6. Memiliki SIM A, B1 dan C.
  • Bersedia bekerja shift atau bepergian keluar kota bila dibutuhkan.
  • Mampu mengoperasikan komputer, internet dan Microsoft Office.
  • Berkepribadian jujur, teliti dan fleksibel.

EXECUTIVE SECRETARY

Responsibilities :

  • Providing secretarial support as required (including correspondence, distributing information, administrative and all travelling related matters).
  • Arranging all director’s activities and secretarial services on schedule.
  • Proceeding company’s documents (including legal) and preparing regular reports.
  • Arranging meeting’s schedule and summarize meetings minutes.
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Covering other duties as assigned to ensure the company’s stability.

Requirements :

  • Preferably female, min. 27 years old max. 32 years old.
  • Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Secretary/ Management.
  • Min. 3 years working in the same position.
  • Must be fluent in English, both oral and written. Preferable have experiences working with expatriates from Europe.
  • Understand about company’s legality.
  • Internet and computer literate, preferable expert in Microsoft Office.
  • Details oriented, dynamic, have an excellent logical thinking and outstanding communication skills to build a professional relation with external and internal.
  • Well grooming, good attitude and self-motivated.

HUMAN RESOURCES STAFF

Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the organization’s HR strategy, including SOP and KPI (from creating with consultant to evaluating).
  • Conducting recruitment process from selection to placement.
  • Processing transfers, promotions and terminations.
  • Processing training when needed.
  • Assisting HR Specialist with day to day activities.

Requirements :

  • Max. 30 years old, min. Bachelor of Psychology preferably Master Degree of Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
  • Preferable 2 years experience in similar role (HR:OD) and ability to drive motorcycle.
  • Solid understanding about creating and evaluating job description, SOP and KPI.
  • Excellent communication and administration skill.
  • Fluent english (writing, reading and conversation).

MARKETING STAFF / SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT CREATOR

Responsibilities :

  • Preparing, planning and project-managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise brand promotion (especially social media).
  • Maximise social media function and gather all data needed from it.
  • Planning and project-managing marketing events and evaluate.
  • Create, plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
  • Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing and targeted customers.
  • Create marketing content (including photo or video needed).
  • Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.

Requirements :

  • Male/Female, max. 30 years, min. Bachelor of Design or similar.
  • Preferable 2 years experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Detail and result oriented.
  • Fluent english and presentable.
  • Strong and confident communicator, excellent negotiator.

VISUAL MERCHANDISER

Responsibilities :

  • Liaising with teams to create design themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts.
  • Identifying and sourcing props, fabrics, hardware and lighting.
  • Creating visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines, including layout principles, visual dressings and signage.
  • Assembling or dismantling visual displays in window or in-store.
  • Maintaining a budget and negotiating with suppliers of visual materials.
  • Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or sales team to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept.
  • Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes.
  • Carrying out comparison shops to maintain awareness of other retailers visual merchandising concepts.
  • Conducting research on current trends in design and lifestyle that match with the company’s value and associated target market features.

Requirements:

  • Max. 32 years old, with minimum 2 years experience in the same field.
  • Bachelor of Interior Design, Visual Communication Design (with 3D experience).
  • Computer-aided design packages (AutoCAD, Mockshop or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Active personality, flexible, effective communication and negotiating skills.
  • Creative, have a visual and spatial awareness.
  • Driving Licensed.

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Responsibilities :

  • Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
  • High-level financial reporting and analysis
  • Regular budget consolidation
  • Cash flow management
  • Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
  • Stakeholder management
  • Debt management and collection
  • Preparing company tax and Chart of Accounts statements
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
  • Payroll processing
  • Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings
  • Well-developed leadership skills, team mentoring.

Requirements :

  • Proven working experience as a Financial controller
  • 3+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
  • Advanced degree in Accounting
  • CPA or CMA preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Experience with creating financial statements
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
  • Excellent English
